With that said, STOP feeling. Start thinking. Get involved. Emotions are nothing but a temporary feelings. It comes and goes away just like a season. If you are feeling down or sad, dont be sad thinking about it. Its pretty normal and as I am writing this, somewhere deep down inside I feel the same way. “Thats the way it is. Nobody can make you feel interior without your permission” so try to gain self esteem.
