SYSTEM ANALYST/ASSIST. SYSTEM ANALYST
Responsibilities:
Understand clients' business processes.
Responsible for managing muti-level relationships with clients.
Provide or manage ongoing support for existing applications; prioritize new issues and working with the customers to determine the best use of IT resources in order to best address their business needs.
Work together with a team of Business Analysts and other IT groups, either on-site or remotely, under the direction of your Project Manager.
Act as the representative and be the client's "single contact". Formally documenting prioritized solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility. Plan and execute acceptance testing.
Provide consultation to clients and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in the IT industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in end-user support, including the prioritization and rationalisation of new support issues, business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Must have superior written,presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills.
Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business' needs.
Competence in data modeling, facilitation, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus.
Must be able to work under a fast pace environment with tight deadlines.
BA/BS/B Sc degree in IT or MBA/MSc in IT qualification, or equivalent business/technical experience preferred.

Programmer
Responsibilities:
Participate in user-requirement study, assist in the preparation of requirement specifications in accordance to users' needs.
Assist in the implementation of projects and enhancements.
Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyst user requirements, and recommend solutions.
Assist in preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications.
Perform coding and unit testing in accordance with System.
Development Lifecycle.
Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing and implementation.
Provide production support and resolve issues.
Ensure that development is completed per the functional specifications standards through the relevant test (Quality Assurance and System Integration Testing/SIT).
Assist in the preparation of Solution Proposals for new business product requirements.
Develop and oversee the development of the User Guide and Standard Operating Procedures/SOP for any new applications or enhancements done to existing applications.
Provide technical consultancy and advisory to other departments on new application or enhancement on existing applications.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· 1 year or more of software development experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
· Required skill(s): Experience in J2EE, Java, Oracle database and knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
